【崗位職責(zé)】
1、負(fù)責(zé)外貿(mào)訂單的全流程跟進(jìn)（報(bào)價(jià)、打樣、生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度、出貨、單證等）；
2、協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)與國外客戶進(jìn)行日常溝通（郵件、電話、視頻會(huì)議等）；
3、協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)、采購、品質(zhì)等部門，確保交期及質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)；
4、負(fù)責(zé)出口相關(guān)單證制作及物流安排；
5、妥善處理客戶反饋及異常情況；
6、接聽及撥打客戶電話，維護(hù)公司專業(yè)形象；
7、完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作事項(xiàng)。
【任職要求】
1、具備良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)，能夠站在客戶立場(chǎng)思考問題并解決問題；
2、有自信心，積極主動(dòng)，有明確的職業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)；
3、熟悉出口貿(mào)易操作流程，了解報(bào)關(guān)、單證、國際物流等基本知識(shí)；
4、具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠獨(dú)立完成日常業(yè)務(wù)溝通（CET-4及以上優(yōu)先）；
5、熟悉常見國際商務(wù)禮儀；
6、熟練使用辦公軟件（Word、Excel、Outlook等）；
7、具備良好的電話溝通能力和職業(yè)形象意識(shí)；
8、具備一定的自律能力，部分工作時(shí)間可居家辦公。

?? Job Vacancy: Export Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up export orders from quotation, sampling, production tracking to shipment and documentation;
Maintain daily communication with overseas clients via email, phone, and online meetings;
Coordinate internally with production, purchasing, and QC departments to ensure delivery schedule and quality;
Handle export documentation and logistics arrangements;
Manage customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently;
Answer and make business calls professionally, representing the company image;
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Customer-oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility;
Confident, self-motivated and goal-driven;
Familiar with export trade procedures and international shipping processes;
Good command of English (written and spoken), able to handle daily business communication independently;
Knowledge of international business etiquette;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Good telephone communication skills with professional manner;
Ability to work remotely for part of working hours.
